We are committed to providing you with top-notch customer service as well as top of the line products. However, sometimes things might slip through the cracks, like an off-center print, an irregularity in the shirt (or other product), or maybe you were sent the wrong size on accident. We are very reasonable over here at Be Love Movement and understand that weird things happen. Just give us a call or shoot us an email and we will work with you to make sure you walk away happy! All we ask of you is that you do it in a timely manner – within 2 weeks of receiving your order. I know we all get held up, but if an order is placed in June, we aren’t going to exchange it in December. We’d also ask that any irregularities in the product that you please send us a quick pic of the defect. That way, if it is an issue with the manufacturer we can address it with them. If you have a defective item, we will send you a mailing label to use for a return.
Our apparel runs pretty true to size, so if you normally wear a medium, you should order a medium. If you THINK you’re a small and realize that the pandemic diet really hasn’t been kind to you, we’ll probably ask that you mail the item back to us on your dime and we’ll charge a $5 fee to re-mail the correct size. If you get an item and decide you simply don’t want it, we’ll ask that you mail it back to us (again, on your dime) and we will refund the full amount of the item. No store credits are available. All in all, we want you to be happy!
